Pastoral Assistant

Expectations for the Pastoral Assistant role include:
Collaborating with the pastoral team to develop and implement evangelization strategies that effectively reach out to individuals both within and beyond the parish community. Assisting in the planning and coordination of outreach events, programs, and activities aimed at fostering a deeper sense of faith and connection among parishioners. Providing pastoral care and support to individuals and families in times of need, including offering spiritual guidance, prayer, and encouragement. Engaging with members of the community to identify their spiritual needs and develop initiatives to address them, with a focus on fostering a culture of missionary discipleship. Assisting in the organization and facilitation of catechetical programs, adult faith formation opportunities, and sacramental preparation activities.
